A lovely, newly remodeled cottage in Hesperia, Michigan right on Lake McLaren with dock access, private swimming area, and public boat launch. Lake McLaren is a 290 acre lake with plenty of room to play or fish.

The cottage itself is fully furnished and has a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans and utensils. Living room with wood stove. 3 bedroom, one full bath (shower), washer and dryer, screened in porch and deck, Gas grill, Large yard, extra parking for vehicle’s and boat trailers. Full R.V. hook up.
Cottage sits on one acre of land on private road with lots of privacy and security. Cottage was totally remodeled and has lots of character.
